Subscription & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Overview
When you purchase a Glassly subscription, you are enrolling in a recurring delivery program that automatically ships and bills according to the schedule selected at checkout.
By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis
Subscription orders will be processed and shipped without additional confirmation
Your purchase is subject to the terms outlined in this Subscription Policy
By proceeding with a subscription, you provide clear consent to ongoing billing and fulfillment as outlined above.
1A. Purchase Options, Order Types, and Cancellation Eligibility
Glassly offers two separate purchase options, each with its own dedicated product page:
Subscription (Monthly / 30-day delivery):
Enrols you in a recurring delivery program with automatic renewal billing according to the schedule selected at checkout.
One-Time Purchase:
A single, non-recurring purchase that does not renew or create an ongoing subscription.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct purchase option before completing checkout. Purchasing through the subscription page constitutes agreement to recurring billing and fulfilment, while purchasing through the one-time page constitutes a single purchase only.
For subscription purchases, customers may request an order cancellation or refund within 24 hours of placing their first subscription order, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. This 24-hour option applies only to the initial subscription order and does not apply to future subscription renewals, which are billed and processed automatically.
2. Billing & Renewal Terms
Subscription orders are billed automatically at the frequency selected at checkout, such as every 30 days. Billing occurs prior to shipment of each subscription order. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorise Glassly to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order unless the subscription is modified or cancelled before the next billing date.
3. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your customer account or using the link provided in your order confirmation emails.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations or changes must be made before the next billing date. Requests submitted after an order has been billed or shipped will apply to future subscription orders only.
3A. First Order Cancellation or Refund Requests and Future Renewals
For subscription enrolments, customers may request an order cancellation or refund within 24 hours of placing their first subscription order, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.
After the first subscription order, all future subscription renewals do not include a 24-hour order cancellation or refund option. Renewal orders are billed and processed automatically on the scheduled billing date. To avoid being charged for a future renewal, customers must cancel or modify their subscription before the next billing date.
Any cancellation or change submitted after a renewal has been billed or processed will apply to future subscription orders only.
4. Refund Policy for Subscription Orders
Due to the recurring and pre-scheduled nature of subscription shipments:
All subscription orders are final once billed
We are unable to offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped
This includes instances of forgotten cancellations, unintended renewals, or failure to manage the subscription prior to billing
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact our support team promptly so we can review the matter.
5. Failed Payments & Account Responsibility
If a subscription payment fails, Glassly may attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure billing and contact information remains accurate and up to date. Glassly is not responsible for delays, missed shipments, or cancellations resulting from outdated or incomplete payment information.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks submitted for valid and properly disclosed subscription renewals may result in:
Suspension or cancellation of the subscription
Loss of subscription benefits or promotional pricing
Account review to prevent future misuse
This policy helps protect both our customers and our ability to continue offering subscription services.
7. Subscription Modifications
Glassly reserves the right to update subscription pricing, product availability, or shipment frequency with advance notice. Any such changes will apply to future subscription orders only and will not affect orders already processed.
8. Acknowledgment at Checkout
By completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Subscription Policy and authorize Glassly to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
